Who We Are

-We believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. 
-We believe that strong and fit starts with one ingredient only: action.

No matter your physical capabilities- you can become healthier and have fun doing it.

The Champion is here- a company, a community, a group of challenges, all designed to help you help yourself- at your own pace, at your own time, within your own capabilities.

Run or walk, bike, swim, lift weights, skip, hop, crawl, or roll in a wheelchair- you set the parameters based on the activities you can or love to do- and we motivate you to get there.

Enroll in one of our virtual challenges by yourself or with friends. Once you have reached the race goal- you receive your medal and certificate to proudly display and remind yourself that YOU DID IT!  You are the Champion of you!
